“The first time I took out Gap ins some 7 years or so ago I was introduced to it by Jaguar Cars.
I thought the idea was a great one, and made sound sense at a reasonable cost. I later found out I had paid a large premium (to the Franchise garage) for this and hence at the next car change decided to see if I could do it myself (and save £££!!).
Mercedes tried to sell Gap this time but I was wise to them and saved some £250 (and got an extra 4th year) by going with you for what appears the same level of cover. I have told the garage so (they did offer to bring their cost down to slightly above yours (at cost to them) but could not compete due to transfer of unused gap and extra year of cover.
The sting in the tail for the garages is that I would never have heard of Gap had it not been for them, but they are too greedy with their pricing!!.”
