In light of recent events surrounding the Coronavirus outbreak, ALA has been preparing and testing a coordinated business continuity response.
During the pandemic our priorities are the health and wellbeing of our employees and continuity of service to our customers, should the situation further escalate.
As a precautionary measure, from Thursday 19th March 2020 all ALA employees will be working from home.
Resilience testing has been carried out over the past few days – we do not anticipate any interruption to the service we provide however we do ask customers to bear with us through the adjustment period.
This is a highly uncertain and constantly changing situation, but we want to reassure our customers that we are doing all we can to protect our employees and deliver a seamless service to our customers.
