Car dealership salespeople are cheesy at the best of times. Our research found that they often use jargon or cliché phrases to encourage customers to buy, which is an underhand tactic if you ask us!
To illustrate their cheesy BS* (*big sell) approach, we sent out two cheese connoisseurs to a couple of dealerships and set up our very own tasting table…
One Day Only
Playing off some of the cheesiest phrases that car dealership salespeople regularly use, and using some creative wording, our menu consisted of ‘gouda’ prices, ‘brie’lliant offers, and ‘grate’ deals.
The public were encouraged to sample our tasters, with the messaging that ‘you won’t find a ‘feta’ choice’ than at a car dealership if you want extra cheese with your sale.
