Following on from our month with Roxie Nafousi we’re launching a 21 day mindful breathing series in collaboration with the calming voice of Martin Covill, life coach and breath work extraordinaire.

Once a week we will be sharing guided breathing techniques designed to help reduce stress levels and increase your overall health and wellbeing.
