Martin is back, providing us with a mindful breathing exercise that is popular and simple to do – box breathing.

Conscious breathing can create greater calm and relaxation, re-energise and attune our focus. These techniques are used by astronauts, athletes, entrepreneurs, healthcare professionals and the SAS. Their highly stressful occupation means that the need to feel grounded, control their focus and to feel as level as possible is important, so box breathing reportedly helps them do this.
