To help us leave 2020 behind, we’re dedicating the next two months to helping you create the headspace you need to get the new year off to a positive start.

We are thrilled to have teamed up with Emotional Health Advisor, Roxie Nafousi, to bring you four free workshops to help you feel ready and focussed for the new year.

Every Monday at 1pm in January Roxie will be inviting us into her world via our Instagram channel to talk about the benefits of mindfulness, meditation, mantras and goal setting. These workshops are to encourage good mental wellbeing, headspace and a little new year gift from us to you.
