Contact the claims administrator on the relevant number within 14 days of the loss, theft or damage of your keys. You can then contact a locksmith or a repairer to arrange the necessary work and simply claim the money back from the administrators.

Yes, but you must obtain authorisation from the claims administrators first. The vehicle must not be more than 1600cc, the cover is for a maximum of 3 days and the maximum payable towards vehicle hire charges is £40 per day including VAT.
