I found your service to be exceptionally good and the claims assistant to be very helpful.

She guided me through the necessary steps after my insurance company gave me a very low initial offer.

Once I received the amended settlement from my insurance company and I sent in the relevant documents, my claim was settled with amazing speed.

I had the misfortune of having to claim on my ALA GAP policy after my car was declared a write off.

I sent my forms off on the Monday morning and the cheque from ALA arrived with me on Wednesday, fantastic!

I renewed my business with ALA because of the way the claim was handled.

Upon making a GAP insurance claim I spoke to the claims administrators who dealt with my claim in a polite and prompt fashion.

The lady whom I spoke to was very pleasant and provided excellent service - so much so I sent a thank you letter to her once I had received the settlement cheque.

I received payment within 1 week and am very pleased with the whole process, resulting in renewal of my business with ALA. I wish I could say the same good things about my comprehensive insurance company!

My car suffered a write off in 2013 and never having claimed on car insurance before I did not know what to expect.

I spoke to AMS and they were dead helpful - they clearly explained the documents I would need to provide and I received a cheque after just a few days.

Although I have nothing to compare this to I am happy with the process and feel my claim was handled well.

Following an accident in July my car was declared a write off and fortunately I had GAP insurance.

The claims people I spoke to were very helpful. Catherine was particularly lovely to speak to and I felt she went out of her way to ensure the claim was settled quickly.

The claim was settled really quickly - within 2 days I received a cheque.

The process was great - thank you enough for making this easy for me.

I had to claim on my GAP insurance policy earlier this year and I was very impressed with the whole process, so much so that I renewed my GAP insurance policy with ALA.

I am so glad that I purchased GAP insurance with ALA 2 years ago. My car was involved in an accident on the 14th July and was a total loss claim. Without GAP insurance I would not have been able to replace my car for the same value as I purchased. I would have had to buy an older, less reliable car.

AMS, your Claims Administrators and, in particular Catherine, were brilliant from start to finish. I am a community physio so it was important that I was mobile as quickly as possible and they really pulled out all the stops . I picked up my new car on 26th July, less than two weeks after the accident and YES I have purchased GAP insurance with ALA again.
