Great value trustworthy GAP and Warranty insurance company

I've used ALA for both GAP Insurance and Warrany Insurance on my BMW X5. I got 3 years cover including main dealer repairs for the same price as BMW wanted for a single year, and the cover is more comprehensive.

I claimed for 2 air springs on the suspension and the car hire, recovery and repair payment were made without fuss or bother. Highly recommended!

I am sorry to hear that you have experienced some issues during your claim which may have led to a slight delay, once rectified however it was pleasing to hear that your claim was paid out in full within a week. Regretably delays can occurr when dealing with claims due to the complex nature and dealing with third parties but your feed back has been passed back to the claims administrators so that we may learn from this and attempt to prevent this happening again.

Excellent service

Excellent service. Quick to respond, paid out in full and processed quickly. Not often you praise an insurance company but these guys have been quality. Plus I can add my new car to the policy when I take delivery.

The proof is in the pudding...

I have just purchased a second gap insurance policy from ALA. Having purchased my first policy 2 1/2 years ago I had the misfortune to be in an accident where my car was written off. After supplying the claims office with all the required documentation, my claim was settled to my complete satisfaction within 10 working days. I have always found the personnel at ALA extremely helpful and polite when dealing with any of their staff over the phone. Having experienced the full process, Sales to Claims, I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Honestly I cannot say how grateful I am…

Honestly I cannot say how grateful I am having had my car robbed at knife point, I am getting my new car this week. Particular thanks to Jessica Polling and her team for their amazing service, support and who have been brilliant in what has been an otherwise stressful and horrible experience .

Great service

I've unfortunately had to use ALA after a crash I had a few years ago but I'm so glad I had the cover otherwise I would never have been able to replace my 1 year old car with another brand new one. It was unfortunate that I had to use it but very fortunate that I had the GAP insurance in place and ALA were fantastic and really quick in communicating and sorting everything out for me. I have since used ALA on the new car I got after that crash and on my next new car which I have purchased. Very highly recommend ALA!
