ALA extended warranty support
ALA as part of their processes, checked whether my 2nd hand car had a FSH since new as part of the warranty T&C, which would void the warranty if not. Technically it didn't due to manufacturer servicing fault. However ALA told me what to do - all sorted now and cover in place for 3 years without extra cost - excellent service
