In her penultimate workshop, Roxie discusses her favourite personal development tool; mantras.

We are the product of our thoughts and our behaviours.

A lot of us tend to have negative thoughts about ourselves which can hinder us in everyday life – whether that’s in our relationships, our parenting, our work or how we see ourselves. These repetitive negative thought patterns can be changed through mantras, however.

In this workshop Roxie explains how simply changing that negative statement into a positive one can be a powerful turning point for us. “I am stupid and not good at my job” can be transformed into “I am smart and I am excellent at my job”. The empowering feeling of changing how you speak about yourself can be liberating and can create change within yourself and your life.

Turning something negative into a positive can free your mind and expand your headspace to do more of the life events you want to do and accomplish what is important to you.
