“Reasonable and value for money as back up – Decent policy. Took the one out for alloys and dents and scratches. Read policy. Claims process not straightforward requires you to send pictures and evidence before someone comes out. Dents and scratches have to be of particular size before you can claim. Not bad as a back up policy and value for money but claims process seems a chore.”

“Good offering on scratch and dent insurance – Good offering at up to 150mm diameter for minor scratch and dent insurance, where some only repair a stilly 25mm squared area. Good customer service and easy to contact and speak to human operators.
Would have taken their gap insurance, but too much threshold banding for the amount to be covered for a few thousand with price increases, Where others can offer fixed cover within tens of thousands. They need to address this as it lets down a smooth running company with a great interactive quoting website and service staff.”
