We I have recently made a claim on my GAP insurance with ala.co.uk. Throughout the whole process everyone I spoke to was extremely helpful and courteous. Documents were send out immediately following any phone calls and at no time did I feel anxious that there would be any problem with the claim. It was all dealt with quickly and efficiently. There is quite a lot of paperwork regarding a claim, but this is understandable and if you have it all to hand from the original purchase of the lost car, there is no problem. I have collected my new car now and immediately purchased a new insurance policy with ala.co.uk as it offered better cover than the policy offered by the car dealership. I sincerely hope I don't need to use it, but I have peace of mind that I am covered for a total loss during the finance period.

We were extremely happy with our GAP Insurance through ALA. We were in a head on collision with some cattle that had strayed onto the motorway at night, resulting in our car being written off or irreparable according to the insurance company. We received a fantastic service from ALA, our claim was settled very speedily and we didn't need to do any chasing for the claim to be settled, etc. The staff we dealt with at ALA were very polite, competent and dealt with us and our claim very professionally, efficiently and effectively.

I can say the service I got from ALA when I claimed for my 2 Mercedes vans was second to none!!! My insurance is through AXA which is one of the biggest in its field but there service was a disgrace and ALA was 100% superior and the girls who delt with my claim were absolutely amazing so much so that since then I have purchased another 4 policies and I have also passed their company name on to many people.
