Limited Offer
“Limited offer” refers to a promotion or discount code that is available only to a certain number of customers or for a specific quantity of products. Once the limit is reached, the offer will no longer be available, even if the stated end date has not been reached.

5. Right to Terminate Discounts and Promotions
Business Strategy and Needs
ALA Insurance reserves the right to end any discount code or promotion at any time if there are changes in business strategy or business needs. This may occur without prior notice, but we will endeavour to minimise inconvenience to our customers, will always offer Best Price where we can and will apply a similar discount to the original where possible.
Replacement of Expired Discount Codes
If a discount code has expired, ALA Insurance will replace with the best available discount code applicable at the time of quote or purchase. This ensures our commitment to delivering value to our customers remains consistent
6. Best Price Guarantee
With the increased cost of living continuing to affect many households, we know that getting the right price matters. The cheapest policy doesn’t always offer the same level of protection, and we don’t believe you should have to choose between value and cover.
Our Best Price Guarantee means that if you find a lower-priced GAP insurance policy, where it offers a comparable level of protection to the equivalent ALA policy, we’ll match the price.
Eligibility
To qualify for a price match:
• The competing policy must be 5 Star Rated by Defaqto and provide comparable cover.
• The quote must be from a UK-based provider.
• The quote must be current, valid and available to purchase online.
• The quote must relate to the same vehicle and customer details.
• The request must be made before purchasing your ALA policy or during your cooling-off period.
How We Assess Comparability
We compare the overall level of protection provided by each policy.
A price match may not be available where there are differences in:
• Defaqto Star Rating
• Claim limits
• Benefits and features
• Exclusions or restrictions
• Excess reimbursement provisions
• Any other aspect of the policy that affects the level of cover
Some ALA policies include enhanced benefits that may not be available through other providers. Where these differences result in a different level of protection, a price match may not be available.
Verification
We must be able to verify the competing quote and policy details directly with the provider on their website. We may not be able to match special offer/discounted prices, and screenshots alone cannot be accepted as evidence.
Important Information
We may be unable to offer a price match if:
• The competing policy does not provide comparable cover.
• The quote cannot be verified.
• The quote is no longer available.
If we’re unable to offer a price match, we’ll explain our reasons clearly.
ALA reserves the right to amend or withdraw the Best Price Guarantee at any time. Any changes will not affect policies already purchased. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
