ALA Insurance wins again! GAP Insurance provider wins 2 awards at the UKCXAs 2025

We are thrilled to announce that we have won two further awards at the coveted industry awards; the UKCXAs 2025. A Bronze for Best Customer Service and a Silver for Best Employee Experience.
The awards night, held at Wembley Stadium, London was a fantastic event with finalists from all over the customer experience industry. Standard Life, Saga and Octopus Energy are a few of the well-known brands that were in attendance and also saw awards success.
What was the awards process?
We entered the awards back in February, where we had to submit extensive submissions focussing on a workplace initiative that applies to the chosen award category. Our initiative was the ALA employee wellbeing experience, this initiative is shows our correlation between happy employees and happy customers. We believe that supporting your employees with holistic benefits, a values-focussed work environment and empowerment means that our customers will feel it, either over the phone, on email, LiveChat or purely from visiting our website.
In our awards submissions, we provided a sound strategy, tangible results and real life testimonials from our lovely customers.
We were shortlisted for Best Customer Service, Best Employee Experience and Best Customer-Centric Culture, which meant we then had to present our ALA employee wellbeing experience to some highly-respected judges via Zoom on the 3rd October. We enjoyed bringing our submissions to life through the presentations and answering the judges questions.
What happened at the awards?
And the result? We came away with two awards, which we are thrilled about. Almost the whole team attended the event which was a great way to celebrate with each other our impressive accolades and to meet others in the industry.
