“ALA insurance provide good cover for…EXCESS POLICY COVER – ALA insurance provide good cover for the unexpected. i have just had a welsh slate fall onto the bonnet of my NEW car. Boy am i sure glad i had excess insurance thru ALA, The insurance payment was paid quickly with no hassles whatsoever. I can totally recommend ALA to anyone thinking of excess insurance cover.

“Paid balance in full now sending me debt letters!!!!! – Absolutely appalling!! I gave this company the most glowing of reports ever (see below) and today I get a letter threatening me with debt recovery action unless I pay AGAIN the final payment I paid up weeks ago. I've now downgraded my 5 star rating to 1 star and can't believe they could do this to customers
Brilliant company can't do enough to help. Don't try to sell you anything unnecessary and do their best to save you money and get the best deal.Customer service is second to none and I work in customer service myself so I'm always ready to give other companies customer service credit where it's due.”
