“Never touch their warranty insurance – Never touch their warranty insurance. The cost of replacement for water pump on Mercedes Benz E class 220 wasn’t fully covered. The whole cost was £550 and insurance cover £380. The decline to pay for draining the cooling system and fill back. The terms and conditions should mention clear what is not covered on this case. To drain the cooling liquid from engine is part from process. They sell cover with misleading information. I will take this case to financial service authority.”
