Excellent - highly recommended

I made a high value 'total loss' claim on a back to invoice GAP insurance policy, following my car being stolen. Couldn't have been more impressed with how efficiently and quickly ALA processed and paid the claim. They were easy to get hold of throughout the process and kept me updated throughout. I didn't hesitate to take out a new policy with them on my replacement vehicle.

Unfortunately, I was involved in an accident and got paid everything from the GAP insurance. Will buy from them again next time, but hopefully no more claims! haha :)

Good result in the end but did take…

Good result in the end but did take nearly 6 weeks to resolve, possibly due to covid 19 problems which seem to be affecting everyone. However I do recommend and have used them for GAP on my replacement car

They say they will pay all finance left…

They say they will pay all finance left on your policy but they don't they use the insurance company payout before any deductible items like your excess when you complain or question them about it they never explain they just repeat that they use what they insurance company payout was before any deductible costs

Returning customer

My vehicle was recently involved in an accident, resulting in it being written off. Fortunately, I had purchased GAP insurance through ALA, provided by AMS.
From the very first contact I had with them, Paul and Don were friendly and professional. Everything was dealt with swiftly and I was reassured at every step. I cannot thank them enough.
I have recently acquired my replacement vehicle and have not hesitated to insure again through ALA. At very reasonable prices, I am confident that, should the unthinkable happen again, I am in safe hands with ALA.

2019 Mercedes E Class Total loss claim

Having advised my insurance company of my claim, I contacted ALA to establish their claim process. The ALA person I spoke to was excellent and gave me the information I needed as well as advice on dealing with my insurance company and what to expect from them. My car was 9 months into a 3 year lease and took the insurance company 8 weeks to agree a total loss. They eventually settled with the lease company, so that I could advise ALA of the precise GAP claim and with 10 working days ALA confirmed the claim and money paid into my account. Great service especially since we are in Covid 19 lockdown. Will definitely use ALA again.
